Looking at purchasing a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 USM

Can you just confirm procedure in the unfortunate event that if a fault arises the turnaround time?

Do you do some kind of door exchange or does the customer have to send back to HK first before replacement is sent out

If customer has to send back at whos cost is this?

Dear Tony,

Thanks for your patience. To answer:

1) turn around time is around 7-10 business days

2) we will inspect it in the UK, to minimize the wait time

3) if within 14 days delivery, we pay for all shipping costs, if after 14 days, then you pay for shipping it to our UK location, and we will pay for all other costs.
