As there often seems to be tales of woe regarding customer service from shops and suppliers I thought I would redress the balance a little.
I recently bought a Calumet tripod and managed to lose an allen bolt, nut and part of the clamp. I rang Calumet and although they didn't have the part in stock Tim, the commercial manager (and top bloke), said he would source the parts and let me know when they arrived. I had an email from them the other day asking me exactly the parts I needed and yesterday they arrived in the post free of charge. Now that's quality customer service.
