is there a great deal of difference between thses 2 lens's:cuckoo:. I havent tried either of them and havent found many place with them in stock can you recomend witch is the best one. There is a about £100 diffence between them at jessop's where i shall get it from because i have vouchers there. I just dont want to make a mistiake. i beleive buy it right buy it once i have read reviews about them but cant make up my mind if the extra £100 is worth it

I'm interested in the 50mm AFS too.
 
Just ordered the Sigma version, price was just too low to miss it. Last one.
 
Long story. Brother saw one behind the counter at his local Photog shop. Enquired and it turns out someone ordered it as a special and paid a deposit.
Then did not want it. He phoned me as he knew I wanted one. I phoned the shop and bought it for a bargain price as he had kept the deposit and thought he would not shift it. Arrived this am.....
