    I owned a Df for about 4 months before it failed. It had to be repaired once and then like I say the electronics went mad and it passed away. Throughout our short affair I noted: 1. IQ was outstanding, the colours were rich and the contrast sweet. Sharing the same sensor as the d4 you'd expect...

    Nikon D7000 ais compatibility

    That little plastic burr sits next to the aperture ring rear, so when the aperture ring is moved, it moves the burr, and the camera knows about it. You have to programme the camera in the menu for it to know the max aperture. Works a charm.

    However, imagine having a camera that: - you have to change the battery on all the time - is not weather sealed - where what you look at through the viewfinder is a computers interpretation of the image, not your own
