Hi John, Ideally the images should be print ready. The main thing is that they are correctly re-sized to be 12x18 - other wise, we will just use our best judgement to crop the images. For this size print (and to be able to e-mail the image) then A JPEG would be fine.

Ideally 300PPI at actual print size. If the resolution isn't exactly this when re-sized to 18x12, then it's not a problem to leave it as is, as long as it doesn't fall below 150 PPI
