    Flickr Help.

Not trying to teach anyone to suck eggs so to speak but why "Flickr" which is essentially a site for sharing pictures. For a bit more privacy you could try "Dropbox" which still allows you to send links to the files.

    HDD Passwords

If its the BIOS password the easiest way to reset it is to pull the CMOS battery - you'll need to open the case though but as its an older laptop I'm guessing its out of warranty anyways - leave it a few minutes then put battery back in and all should be sorted. If you check the settings once...

    Is this a crime?

Sorry to disagree - but if he takes out the contact with the intent of defaulting to sell the phones it is already criminal - been a while since I did English Law but I'm sure it could be classed as Attempted Fraud Criminal attempt - any person who commits an act which is more than preparatory...

    Software choice?

I'd say one of the main differences is that Lightroom is more about cataloguing and workflow than actually editing images. Elements is more like a baby version of Photoshop and more suited to image manipulation. If you are new to both and don't have either then I would be more tempted to go...

    German Shepherd ?

I'm with gad-westy that the second image is the better of the two but still needs some detail in the sky. Would also suggest, for next time, that you try to get the dog looking more towards the camera, as the cocked head to me is making him look a wee bit jolly dimple. If you ask your friend...

    Neighbour troubles advice

Try contacting your local Environmental Health Dept - by law, the local authorities have a duty to deal with any noise that they consider to be what's known as a 'statutory nuisance'. If they kick off at night tell her not to go round just phone the police - she is concerned at hearing a girl...
