Jack, I think you may need to reveiw your workflow. This was OK for Alamy's days of 48mb min file size. its been reduced to 24mb for a few years now. There should be no need to upsize anymore. Indeed I find myself actually cropping more now, thereby reducing the file size.

Not too familiar with Nikon, but can't you set custom wb on the camera? Take your shot of grey card and use that to set the camera wb. All subsequent shots will use that colour temp. Don't forget to change it back/reset before the next shoot though.

A different veiw from me. I got my LRPS a few years ago, by the qualifications method. ie: no need to submit panel as already qualified through courses done. (NVQ Level 4 in digital photography and imaging).
I have since cancelled my membership as I didnt think I was getting anything...
