I have uninstalled all the software and re-installed again. It is finally working now! I have set it up to open when camera is plugged in too. thanks for the help
Hello, does anyone use this software that came with their camera to convert raw files? I have only just started to use it but I keep getting an error when trying to convert the images to tiffs. It starts to transfer and then says 'an unexpected error has occurred'. I have no idea what to do and...

collected mine today! not at the bargin price as the above post (lucky you) but still really happy with it. makes the D3000 look like a right tiddler!. I was told my 50mm prime would fit but it doesn't - do I need an adapter then?!. oh dear, more money to be spent.

ok, thanks everyone. I will try the diffuser. theres a lot of reflective glass cabinets around and the ceiling is quite high so not sure about that but I will of course give it all a go
well, I used my flash gun and ended up with shockingly bright images. I just wanted it to look softer. am forgetting to do something really thick?!

hello please can anyone advise me on where I am going wrong with this. I have taken lots of the same shots and the aim is to try and get as much detail of the couple in the doorway as possible (not this couple as it happens but they were kind enough to stand and pose quickly for me to test it...
if it helps at all I've been in one of those 'eggs' and they are quite nice and spacious inside so I don't think it will feel like you are intruding too much!. goes around nice and slow. you should get some great shots at the top. I thought it only went round once per turn? not sure.
