Thank you!! Managed to get the battery out, seems as though the small clip has broken further down so it moves up and down as well as the side to side. Thanks for the help, at least I can still use it for now till i get it sorted.

On more thought, I did drop it on this edge the other day, so i guess it's due to this. Can anyone show what the silver bit is meant to do?

Just opened up the door to take the battery out to charge and it won't come out. The small silver clip that holds the battery in isn't budging... Pushing the battery down as usual doesnt seem to do anything. Any ideas, had the door off, tried prying the silver bit up gently but nothing...
