    Cheap filters?

    I'm really keen on buying some filters to expand my kit and abilities. But as a student, I'm working on a really tight budget. What do people think of cheap filters? I've seen a cokin rip-off system, with adaptor rings, a few ND filters and a few graduated ones for £15.
