I was there for a week and never felt I needed more reach than 300mm with the 1.4 and to be honest I hardly used the converter. if anyone out there is thinking of going on safari ....just do it ................,it was a magical experience

i went last year and my 300mm f/4 was fine ,I had a 1.4 converter but didn't use it

try cruising the country lanes at first light .you should start to see them soon as there minds will be on breeding

great idea ...keep on top of those mink...some sort of cover crop will hold a lot of wildlife in a fairly small area

wondering if anyone can help a friend of mine .he caught a fish of a lifetime 15 lb salmon and gave his camera to a fellow fisherman to take a pic ....somehow hes taken a small movie clip mpg file ....is it possible to get a single image off it.

dunham massey is good for fallow tatton is a bit harder as the deer are wilder .at dunham there nearly tame but tatton has the advantage of red deer as well

i have just got the af ed and i,m very happy with it...i use it with the d300 and it is pretty quick and razor sharp
