    accessories for my honeymoon??

Ok folks, sorry for the delayed 'thanks' ;-) All points duly noted. However because of the areas we are visiting I'd actually prefer to have the trusted D3100 with me. Ps. The mankini is already ordered and as for Viagra well lets just say I ain't got no need for that ;-)

    Embedding a link into photo

Hope I'm asking this in the right section, apologies if not. I took a few shots for a friend over the weekend and he asked me if it was possible to add a piece of clickable text to the photo that would link to their website. After a bit of googling and playing with photoshop i thought i...

    System requirements D800

you're quite right. unfortunately 32bit OS will only utilise approx 3gb of 4gb of ram. so having 8gb in there will have show no improvement. if you want more than 3-4gb ram then you have to go 64bit. what apps do you have that must run on a 32bit OS. i'm sure there is a workaround out there...

One stop digital - is this legal?

yup as per above, the rules only cover UK based companies. a friend had a similar problem a while back trying to return electrical goods to some ropey website he's bought them from. one of the main reasons i always try to buy from UK sites where possible

    Nikon D3xxx owners thread

can't hurt to wait and see. i don't think that the d3200 release would cause an increase in the price of the d3100! what i can tell you though is this, if this is your first dslr, you will not be dissappointed by the a d3100

    total novice advice please?

Ok so my first proper camera should be with me by the 10th April, would be sooner but their out of stock at the minute. One question tho, I could pick up the D5100 for a couple of hundred more than the D3100. Is it worth it, or should I just stick to the D3100?? Christ it looks like I've got...
