    RESIZING A WINDOW IN GMAIL.

If you're still missing your window of the edge, use the windows key, and an arrow key together. This moved the window to different parts of the screen (or multiple screens.)

    Perfect Unforgettable Passwords.

It surprised me when I realised that when we try to think of something unusual, clever or original, we often tend to think of the same original, unsusual or clever thing everyone else does. Perhaps it shouldn't have...

    Perfect Unforgettable Passwords.

I hadn't heard that, but it sounds right! I bet we could all guess the top 10 song lines. :) I use a password safe too, but my password safe PW is a line from a book, and very hard to fathom. It took me a day or two to get used to the 25 assorted characters (using it maybe 10-15 times a day)...

Crowd Funding is this the future ?

Often people will pay a small amount, which comes with a simple rewards (t-shirt, warm feelings etc), as they want to encourage it, but don't want to pay for a bike. I've been surprised at how much can be made that way...

    Perfect Unforgettable Passwords.

If not using a password safe (I do), we recommend at work simply choosing a sentence you'll remember, a song lyric for example, and using then first characters. So, the first line of Harry potter for example. M&MDon4PDwvptsttwpntyvm. I train charity workers though, and so often no passwords...

Beginner First photos with Canon 40D

I've read quite a bit of doubt being cast about the yongnuo lenses (auto focus mainly). Have you tried them? I do like the price.

To Crop or Not to Crop that is the Question

I like the crop top. Bothnare great, but the uncropped takes me a moment to sort out what's going on with the bodies, and so loses its impact for me a little. Both amazing shots though.

    Beginner Why is it?.......Woodland photography

I found that in a very green, wet mossy woodland yesterday. There were some wonderful green mossy old dry-stone walls for example, but in the photos they got lost in the rest of the greenery. I was thinking about going back in autumn (As I think moss stays green). Keeping a shallow depth of...

    Kindle paperwhite screen quality.

How did you get on? It is an entirely different experience than a normal screen. I can spend hundreds of hours on mine with no issues, but reading even for 10 on my tablet/phone makes my eyes ache. It is lower resolution, amd itidt o feel crisper reading on my tablet, but I find that once...

    Beginner Hello

A quick message to say hello, I've been reading through, and thought it was time to join in. When my Pentax KX broke recently 2 days before a holiday, I picked up a very cheap Canon 450d and kit lens from ebay for £101 (Delivered to a caravan on the edge of a cliff, with no address!), and...
