I have been using RealPlayer to convert youtube movies to my iPad, it has a codac for the iPad and when finished you can add it to your iTunes library with one click. RealPlayer is also great for saving youtube movies...its all good!
I set to manual and take lots of differant exposures then choose the ones I think will work for what Im after then manualy blend 3 or 4 exposures in layers in PS. I set the app to F8, I think my 10-20 sigma seems to be at its best at this setting.

Sorry dude, cant see that having no disc redundancy is better than having some disc redundancy. As I said, I also back it up to a server with RAID on that, I would have be unlucky for all 21 drives and the RAID controlers to go down at the same time.
The only thing I might add is a tape drive...
Sorry to hear about your dilemma.
I got an old server of ebay, its got 12 hard drives in, I set it up on RAID 5 and backed up all my stuff on to it, if any of the drives go down I can replace a drive (even with it switched on) and the other discs with rebuild the data so nothing gets lost...

I use photomatix then just play with saturation and contrast in Photoshop till it looks how I want. I have also used the HDR in Photoshop then added a little lucisArt to give that HDR feel, if you see what I mean (see pic below)

I had a look at your code, do you have a folder in you directory "images" and inside that folder your gif images? Just uploading the page is no good on its own you have to upload your images too, (sorry if you have done this already, just going over the basics) Your web page is asking for images...
