No i haven't yet, i am normally very impulsive, but have sat on my hands until i can get in and get my hands on some cameras instore. I am finding the help/info here useful too, ty all for your inputs

Just thought if i am buying privately i wouldn't know what i was looking for and a conman/woman would see me coming a mile away!! Not that everyone is like this but i'd be very wary.

I think it's an invasion of privacy, she wasn't in a public place, after Di things should've changed, however i agree its hardly approppriate royal behaviour! I would expect it from a few of the royals but Kate has suprised most here

my son is 8, he varies from posing and loving his pic being taken, to hating it lol i am glad i joined as there is so much info here, i haven't bought a camera just yet so pics will follow in time are there any other locals?

Thanks Ken, my friends were leaning me towards a cannon and then a couple said Nikon and then a friend pointed me this way for advice! She said there was a classified section too, but i understand the rules so won't be able to view there for a while yet. I am indeed looking for a DSLR.
