In the last 3 months I've captured on the trail cameras.
Buzzards
Ravens
Crows,
Roe deer, buck and doe.
Muntjac,
Badger,
Fox,
Woodpecker,
Squirrel,
Rabbit,
Blackbirds,
Robin,
Pheasants,
And a dog walker ☺
Does anyone on here have any wild life trail cameras set up ?
I purchased 3 around Xmas and set them up on a RTA fox & badger.
I've put quite a few of the captures on Youtube.
The buzzards have virtually stripped the fox over the last 2 months.
I've been returning to them every week to check...
Were they in the middle section, I went late Sunday afternoon and saw 3 lots of Roe Deer and a Buzzard,
I'm going again Thursday or Friday armed with camera :)
Went out at 7.15 this morning and spotted 4 Roe deer today approx 150 ft from the path, watched them through the binoculars for a few minutes untill they disappeared into the undergrowth. I went to the same spot about 1/2 hour later and they had returned, so tomorow I'm going armed with camera :)
The one today was about 11 ish, I'm going to try and go early tomorrow 7ish, could do with it snowing again so I can follow their tracks easier. It must be overun with them due to the amount of droppings in some of the clearings :)
Yes, If you go along the bypass from Manor Way then just before the island turn off left into Uffmoor Lane, there's a car park about a mile up the lane on the left.
Has anyone had any success at photographing Deer in Uffmoor woods, I've been going most days for the last 2 weeks and haven't even seen one yet, I've only found a dead Muntjac :(
There's plenty of evidence that they are there but I still haven't seen any.
I was the passenger, if I had been driving we would have been using all 3 lanes plus the hard shoulder :)
Same here, the person I was with yesterday could not believe how many different birds I spotted, we even saw a Tawney Owl, Munchak deer and quite a few Buzzards on the way back from...
While driving down the M40 ( past Oxford towards London) I try to count how many Red Kites I see, today I counted 31, does anyone do the same or is it just me ? :)
