Anyone still using the above camera and can tell me how to turn off my 2sec timer. The drive mode is in single shot mode and on manual but my 2 sec timer still on. In the timer menu there is no off choice so I’m a little stuck on how to get it off.

Hi all I am in need of some info on how I can release my stuck lens hood on my Sony FE 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 G OSS telephoto zoom lens . I have tried to twist it off but it won't budge also tried heating it very gently with my hairdryer only around the hood itself but nope it will not release...
