I'm not sure it says my mac is version 10.6.8 and for the new lightroom 5 disc i have I need 10.7 or above.

It's Mac os x version 10.6.8 processor 2.5 GHz Intel core i5, 4GB So to upgrade to 10.7+ it says i need 8gb of available space. So really I do need a hard drive. Is the apple time capsule or normal hard drive better?
