Silly question really. If I take a picture, largest size, it will use all the pixels, say 12mp for example. If I set it to 'medium' quality, and it reduces the size to 6mp for example, how does this work? Does it use 2 pixels as 1?

Dpi is the print setting. Ppi is the pixels per inch of the picture.

I am sending a 30x20 inch pic off which comes out at 180PPI. Is this a decent ppi to print at this size? It's my largest print so fat that's all.

I have hear people cleaning the inside before, so I assume it must be ok? Not that I can notice, but i am worried it might start to show up on some client pics , it's no big deal for my personal ones but client ones I would rather not take the risk.

As in my personal pics? I used to do a lot of macro stuff, insects and experimental stuff like water drops, flour bombs and other stuff like that. I really want to get some nice landscapes in, i got a UWA and a 10stop filter and just never found the time to go out for some good pics
