Thanks Lee. I mostly shoot people (family, friends) & travel. Don't use much over 90mm but that may due to coming from a rangefinder background. I have not used 180mm for 30 years -- maybe time to give it a try.

Just to say I decided on the Sigma 45 2.8 in the end. The Sony 50 2.5 was v good but the images could be a bit severe because of the high contrast sharpness, and the backgrounds looks a bit busier too. The Sigma is smoother while still retaining lots of detail.
