For low light shooting you have to consider about two things one the size of the sensor and other one is the wide of the lens. Any camera which has more than 28mm and has a clear lens which can open wider would be great.

Mostly it won’t be an issue but when there is more exposure, like day light shooting, sometimes the dust will reflect on the pics.
