Thanks for the replies. I've tried both but no change. What ever focus box I select, by joystick or by controller, the two boxes to the bottom right are also selected. I think they are stuck on.

We have just bought a second hand 40D which is performing well apart from one frustrating feature. We have the centre box only selected but every time the camera focuses, two other focus boxes illuminate as well. They are the bottom right box and the one above it. No matter what box I choose...

BT Voyager 2100 I think I've turned the firewall off (IP Filtering) but its made no difference.

I just tried the same from a Vista Dell Laptop and failed again so it suggests my router is the problem. The error message from Windows suggested that it was a firewall problem at my end as Windows could interrogate the Adobe web site. I didn't think my router had a firewall!

I just tried it with the firewall on and off and it makes no difference. Also checked Firefox for any exceptions and I can't see anything wrong. So frustrating.

I've tried all parts of the adobe web site. Support links, main web site, lightroom updater etc but all fail with a time out. Any ideas?

I have been using my Macbook Pro and BT Voyager 2100 router for some years with no problems but lately I've been having problems connecting to Adobe.com. The web site will not load at all and so I cannot update my Lightroom software. Anyone got any ideas? Any other web site will load quickly...
