Nice! what size is the actual print? I printed an A3+ last night of my son on my Canon pro1 with platinum pro paper and it looks a little soft. Still struggling with editing the fuji files I think.
i'll do some later this eve :) I was just picking random shots, zooming in on the eyes and in LR the eyes were kinda blurry even though I know the shot was dead on sharp..if I open the same file in C1 the standard image zoomed in the same amount instantly looks sharper and can be made even...
isnt the problem to do with importing the files into Lightroom in the first place? I thought if you import them Adobe has already done some jiggery pokery therefore buggered the files before you even start
same, been using LR for years but side by side there is litterally no comparison! I cannot get the files anywhere near as sharp in LR that I can in Capture one. I have tried every suggestied technique.
Yeah I found that link earlier, even with the suggested settings it's still pretty crap in comparison. Annoying as I love the workflow but the loss of detail is a killer for me.
Looks like I will be sticking with capture one until it's fixed some day.
is it just me or does Lightroom really suck for fuji files? sharpening makes it look like an oil painting! Just installed Capture one and its 1000000% times better! although, learning to use it is a nightmare.
