    buying a 70-300

    I am looking at buying a Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 telephoto lens for my Canon 300D and have seen two. A DG Macro & an APO DG Macro, please can someone explain the difference and the extra "APO" bit? Thanks

    300D lens compatability

    Hi I have had a canon EOS 300D for about 6 months and a relative has offered me a 2nd hand Tamron AF 28-80mm F/3.5-5.6 lens for a canon, he also quotes it is Aspherical. Can anyone tell me if it will fit to my camera and work. Or in fact anything about the lens, thanks
