    Totally agree, and my 5d performs better than my 1d mk2 but it was just one of those techie questions that I've thought about for ages which came to the fore now I'm selling the 1d. I sort of already knew the answer but was just after some confirmation.

    Have a play, use it close up or at arme length, focus on the ball or beyond it, lots of options depending on the effect your after. Good fun though.
