For my two pence worth, there is no such thing as a wow image, everybody's taste is their own. The long and short of it is there is visible improvement in your shots, and it is clear you have taken on advice given, and you are introducing it into YOUR photography. Keep trying just like we all...
Would just like to apologise for a post I made this afternoon which obviously got removed and broke rules.
If anyone could offer any pointers on using this equipment, I'd much appreciate it. All new to me, only ever having done landscapes and wildlife. Would love to start with low key...
So with advice for a kit I was thinking either the Interfit 150ex or the Kenro compact studio kit. Could anyone offer advice on either of these?
many thanks
Pete
That's just the info I need, many thanks. I'm not going mainstream or even making any money out of this, I am purely doing it as it's a part of my photography that's missing. I just want to experiment with lighting and portrait! Many thanks (I'll save the expense of a Highlite)

Thanks for the reply, I expect it's nothing more than user error even though I took shot with both cameras and even though I'm way off pro I certainly know how to take test shots. I havent been particularly impressed with the results from my 1d for a little while and it has taken quite a...
My biggest regret was selling my 50d. I upgraded to the 7d expecting incredible improvements but was fairly disappointed. That said, give it a chance; it takes a while to get used to the focusing system. I now use a 1d mark iii and still miss my 50d. I think a lot of the time it is down to user...
I was sending it in as it took a heavy knock a couple of weeks ago. Got knocked off an ironing board of all places so around 4 foot with a flash and lens attached, though the lens did take most of the damage!
Hi thanks for reply, as I said in post 'this is a bit vague'.
Setting for both cameras was as equal as possible. Tbh it was not test conditions but one would assume thousands of pound vs £100 I would ave thought it would have been an obvious winner every time? But alas, the fuji won on each...
Ok, so before everyone says its user error or some such thing, I would stress that I have done everything in my power to prevent such a thing!
Recently impressed by my partners purchase of a £100 fuji bridge camera I thought I'd run a few comparison shots between that and my own 1d mark...
I freed it up with a leatherman which is better than any razor :D
Believe me I certainly didn't want Ralph eating my sons Easter egg but he's a terrible thief and a quick one at that. English bull terriers are certainly no 'ordinary' dog :cuckoo: I remember when he was about 3 he broke into...
