Yep VW PeteMcC, where do you know me from then? :) I have a 50mm 1.8, wanted something with a bit more of a range than a fixed length lens, so you're saying the 18-50 would be the more desireable lens? I really have little idea about them as they all seem fairly similar to me, hence this thread!
