Did a nice 90km ride yesterday, would have been better but the 1.9km swim and 21km run are taking their toll on me today!!

My bike fit was done by south downs bikes in storrington near Worthing I also changed from mtb cleats to road pedals and road shoes, and put clip on tt bars on the bike. The bike is set up as a road bike, but with a slight bias towards a tt position my usual average time for the 20km...

There's a guy in brighton that runs a sprint on the seafront every wed may til the end of sept. 800m sea swim, 20k bike 5k run, if roads wed then deferred to sun morning. if sea conditions not good then a duathlon instead
