Yes, totally agree. Weight is a big thing for me and I have a few M43 lenses so it would be cheaper to stay with the system rather than be seduced by FF. I'm sure FF would probably give me better IQ, but I may often not get images simply because I didn't have the camera with me. I think I'll...

Does most things TBH but I like the enhanced ergonomics, viewfinder, and features of the G9. Would match it with the 2.8-4 Leica 12-60 which I could buy separately, but as a kit it is better value. More a dose of GAS than logic

Interesting comments about the Pany G9 and FF as I'm in a similar dilemma. Should I sell my GH3 and go for a G9 or a Sony A7III. Sony better low light and dyn range etc, G9 lighter lenses and probably all the image quality I need - compromise either way. Decisions, decisions. Think I'll nip...

I looked at a GM1 and GM5 but eventually went for a LX100. Nice, but to be honest I find this whole 'old style button' thing a bit annoying. Give me a bog standard PASM dial anyday

I have a couple of the YN and some Godox. As I shoot on M43 (GH3) I am a bit limited with flash selection and although both are good, I still don't find anything really matches my old SB 700 from my Nikon days

I tend to favour a light monopod when walking as I find a tripod too cumbersome

Agree, although I shoot RAW and think the GH3 IQ might be slightly better than the G6 although you would have to pixel peep to see it.

Is this based on reviews, or do you actually have the camera? I have not seen it yet in the shops which is why I ask

Sound quite a lot - not sure about IQ will have to wait for DXO tests

I have a GH3 and will get a GH4 when the price drops - but for stills not for video :)
