Its just the flash putting more light on to the subject so that it can focus more easy on to it i think :D! (dang got beet to it :p)

I wouldn't show any Bias due to peoples gear i just get annoyed when someone can take good shots with the same gear i have which means i have nothing to blame when my pics are not so good:p But if there were to people who had a link to each to there galleries and one stated they had a 400D and...

I've had the canon lens on know (the kit lens) and it has not happened once so i have just give the lens contact a good cleaning on my tamaron lens I'll give the tamaron lens a proper try out to see if that has made a difference (fingers crossed) and i will see if the canon lens make the err 99...

I got mine a week ago it takes greats shots and its easy to use for a beginner. (like me :p)

Well i've got my 400D last Saturday so i have had it just under a week and today i was out trying to capture some will birds with the tamaron 70-300mm lens and then this message popped up and it said "err99 Please turn on and off your or take your battery out and put it in again" so i did that...

I will be using it only for macro shots I was just wondering if anyone knows the maximum focus on a mp-e 65mm And if it is any good for water shots??

well I've been looking for a good macro lens to do some extreme close up shots of bugs and was wondering what is the better out of the two lenses the only other lens i can find for macro shots is canon MP-E 65mm but that is a over my budget but it does look like a great lens i was wondering...

well my dad gave me his old om-10 and with it came a Olympus t-20 flash which nicely slides in to the 400D hot shoe and auto flashes at a good speed so i'm chuffed that i don't have to spend the money of getting a flash now and have got a free good working one :D!!
