Just thought I'd add my two pence....
We went to Chobe in April 2009 for our honeymoon (we stayed at the lodge inside the park). It was the first time we'd been on a safari and I had my lovely new D90 with a borrowed 70-200 and a hired 400mm (I believe) lens. We went on a game drive at 6am and...
Firstly, I dont have an interest in one area of photography more than any other, I just love taking photos.
I currently have a Nikon D90 with 18-105 kit lens which Ive been using happily for a while. Recently I decided to expand my range of lens so I purchased and a 35mm F1.8 which is great...
That's about 2 minutes from my house. I would have offered although my photography skills are on the bottom rung of the ladder so to speak. Glad you have someone to help out :).
The software installed on my Mac Book Pro but won't display any RAW files and occasionally hangs so I have to force it to quit. Works perfectly on Windows 7.
A quick question from me as I'm getting closer to signing up for this course....

Typically, I don't have a great deal of time. It's something that I need to sort out properly, but as with most problems, I'm in a rush.

I need some help as soon as possible. I'm printing some photos this evening for a friend but they are printing darker than they appear on screen (something which I'm aware happens). I have Capture NX2 trial software installed but I'm not sure what I should adjust to make the picture print...
My soon-to-be father in law (2 weeks ) works at a Nuclear power station and has done for many years. I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago about taking photos of the power station and the surrounding countryside and he said I'd have no problems from security. He was going to take me there...
Hi. We're going to Chobe national park.
This lens selection is harder than I thought it would be :).
I've just been to lunch with a friend who just happens to have the Nikon 70-200 f/2.8, so I'm going to borrow that and perhaps hire a 1.7x tele converter. I still might hire the 80-400 as...
