I didn't like the winner, didn't really evoke any emotion in me. Too much foreground for it to feel like a landscape (although looking at some of the other entries the term "landscape" is applied very loosely - leaves, washing lines etc.) and it's much too cramped.

Xbox has great parental controls, you can set it up so they can only talk to and be friends with people they know. And also add time limits and timetables to control screen time.

One thing to try may be blowing it up in something like gigapixel - then reducing it back down again. It's only a theory, but gigapixel may reduce the noise overall when making the image bigger as part of it's interpolation process - which when the image is reduced back down again may look...
