Why dont you just put the camera in manual,pick your aperture and shutter speed to suit the occasion and let auto ISO do its thing.I do this with my 6D and it works fine

Hi all,a friend has a calumet genesis 200 strobe that has just blown the main bulb,calumet ones are £40,are there any that are cheaper that would do the job or should he bite the bullet and buy the genuine calumet spare

I have a bessel black/white double sided and am happy with it,good quality and thicker than the single white,and of course you have the best of both worlds with two colours

These look v.nice,if you are using a macro lens at a short distance your DOF will be very narrow esp at the F stops you are using.If possible I would up the aperture to about F16.The flash will stop any movement of the fish but as shot 1 shows,the front of the fish is in focus but the rest is...

have a look at the Bessel boxes,(not sure if thats hoppys cryptic reference) I have a couple and they are v.good for the price
