I bought an off camera flash cord for my 7d but they sent me a nikon one by mistake. They said they're happy to replace but i'm curious as to whether they're the same mount, they look the same but i don't want to b****r up the hotshoe if they're not...does anyone know please

Yeah that's the 77mm though, the cheapest I could find the 82mm was one stop and they were £10 more, should have made that clear when I posted doh

I'm going to this too and was wondering what time you guys get there to get a good spot, I only live 10 mins away so getting there early isn't a problem but I noticed the gates don't open that early....is there likely to be a massive queue from early on?

Just ordered one of these for my Sigma 10-20mm, thought it was quite a bargain

The only one I can comment on is the Tamron, I have the non vc version and imo it's a cracking lens, very sharp.

Got mine last week from HDEW for £830 with a 3 year warranty..just checked their site and they're £859 at the moment.

I bought a 7d from them last week, i'd been looking at digital rev when i stumbled across them. The body arrived in about 5 days, as others have said it comes with a uk adapter and a photocopied manual but for the price i'm very happy.

+1 for the Tamron, cracking lens

Their very low prices are a give away if you know your prices, but i wonder how many innocent people will get ripped off before they're closed down :(
