I use BatchPhoto for batch resizing. It's easy to use and quite powerful when it comes to processing. All you have to do is add your photos, enter the new dimensions for width and height and choose your destination folder.
Dfine is definitely an alternative to consider for noise reduction, especially since you can remove noise selectively.
There are also useful tutorials provided.
I use PhotoMarks for batch watermarking, it's pretty much designed for this kind of operations. I use the Windows version, but it works on Mac too. It comes with a free trial, so you can try it out.
