Helios 44 Thread - Russia's Best Kept Secret?

My 135mm has a built-in lens hood, which can be slid in and out as required.

    Plastic sheds - opinions please

I have a metal shed, (see link below), had it for 14 years and it's still as good as new. We keep 2 mountain bikes plus all of our gardening tools nice and dry, its not very high, but ideal for what we want, a nice compliment to the garage...

Can any bathroom fitters / builders ID this part?

I meant drill a hole in the centre of the broken bracket, which would still allow for two screws, the original undamaged and the new centre position.

Can any bathroom fitters / builders ID this part?

Finding the exact fitting might be difficult, but you could drill a countersunk hole in the centre of the fitting giving you a second fixing point, which would probably manage until you get the exact fitting. Hope this helps.

    Canon 7D batteries

Some people say they can get many hundreds of images from one battery charge on their 7D, but for me, I have not been so lucky only achieving maybe 100. It's probably due to my style of photography, I always check every image after shooting and then bin it if it's not what I want. Two batteries...

    Canon 7D batteries

I bought one from Amazon (see link below) in 2013 as a second battery and has lasted much longer than a genuine replacement from Canon, which failed whilst still under warranty. The genuine Canon is now showing 2 green bars when fully charged and the Amazon one is showing 3 bars...

    Wex trade in.

You are correct, Roy, I obviously didn't read the email properly...:( Once the equipment has been received, inspected and verified to be as described a credit will be added to your Wex account that can be used against future purchases. You will usually receive a confirmation email within 5...

    Wex trade in.

I had a quote a couple of weeks ago for the sale of my 7D with 4430 actuations from both Wex and MPB. Wex was £340 and MPB was £310. The difference was probably due to the credit note from Wex and cash from MPB. Wex didn't make it clear that their transaction was for a credit note.
