    Lightest Polaroid camera available?

There is the old Polaroid OneStep they started manufacturing through the 80's which is pretty light, I've got the 'The Button' version and it was my first Polaroid camera. It's light but also a little bulky with it being a rigid box type camera. The light weight comes from the all plastic...

    300 2.8 & 120-300

I use the 120-300mm OS myself, very happy with it and is worth the money. For use in less-then-ideal conditions in the Mach Loop I felt that the 2.8 aperture was the only option. I would of loved the Nikon 300 2.8 prime but it was out of my budget range as I wanted to buy brand new. The Sigma...

    Compact Camera

Small and very good image quality, has to be the Ricoh GRD. There are plenty of second hand examples on eBay

    What compact at £200

Fuji X10 from the Fuji refurb store, it's only a little more than your budget but you won't get much better really.

    New Toy

Really impressed with TIP's latest film packs, the formula for the opacifier is far superior to any of their earlier stuff. Doesn't stop us loving the other stuff though!

    New Toy

^^ Jesus!! That's some Polaroid collection, very envious! What variants of the sx-70 do you have there? Do I see an ivory model 2 :naughty:

    New Toy

Sorry to be bumping this thread, but the SX-70 reall does deserve it, here is my refurbished SX-70 model 2, still got 1 or 2 personal touches to add to things just yet but here she is!! I should have the mint flashbar later in the month plus more TIP film packs, it's getting to be a bit...

Show us yer film shots then!

Not the best of scans, something I need to work on, but here was my first shot on the Impossible Projects latest film: and a mis-focused self portrait! :bonk:

    Point & Shoot Choices

Ricoh GRD for me, my p&s is one of these, the anniversary special edition. The fixed 28mm lens is amazingly sharp for a compact camera. It can produce some stunning b&w shots too!

OFFICIAL I HAVE A NEW (FILM RELATED) TOY THREAD!!

Awesome little camera, it was the first camera in my collection that I put a film through. Just get out and keep shooting with it, the 72 exposures is a wonderful thing!

    "Panasonic G series" Owners Thread

I've not long had my Panasonic G3 but I have to say I do love it! Here are a couple of shots taken with it, followed by a quick shot of the camera itself with a new-to-me Nikkor-H 300mm f4.5. The MF is surprisingly easy too!! I'm yet to test the 300mm in anger though, the following shots are...

    New Toy

Stunning, I'm in the middle of refurbing my model 2 SX-70. As far as polaroids go, the build quality is amazing. Ideally I would of like the chrome plated version, yours does look mint though mate!

SLR to P&S have you done it?

Just my 2p worth, I went from a 40D to a Fuji X10. I couldn't be happier now. DSLRs are very versatile pieces of equipment, there are lenses for all situations. If you were to go to a compact I would only do so if the zoom range was useful to you. If you needed versatility in a small package I...
