Terry, I've been using a BR double strap with two gripped bodies for a while, with a mixture of lenses, and no issues with grips falling off. I do check everything is still tight at regular intervals though, just to be sure! Just wish I had a 5D3 so I could post here!

If you have multiple copies of the same file with the same filename scattered across your existing drive, use lightroom to import/add to the new drive, and click the button in the top right that says something like "don't copy duplicates"??

Do the lights fire using the test button in the trigger when it's NOT on the camera?? If so, I would suggest that the trigger is not compatible with your Panasonic camera.

1) Yes. 2) leave em in a drawer?! 3) No idea. I have 4 sets of eneloops, they hold charge remarkably well, and seem to give a good consistent output. You'll have no issues with them.

Just interested, but what's your reasoning behind shooting both raw and Jpeg if you end up editing the raw file( and I assume then converting to tiff or jpeg) and deleting the original jpeg?
