Is it possible to set a canon 60d to have the flash on a 'rear sync' setting? So that during a long exposure shot with flash on the flash will trigger at the end of the exposure as apposed to the beginning of the shot?

I use spot focus normally middle, but offset spot focus can be useful.....I think that having the subject that is moving on the edge of your photo gives a better impression of speed/movement eg:
