Same experience as many others here. I ordered a tripod head online that was listed as in stock, they took payment immediately and then took weeks and many chases to find out they were waiting for stock and it had arrived that day. Another week or so for delivery. Didn't have time back them but...

I had similar issues with them, took an age for them to deliver a tripod head which they took the money for at time of order. Might be worth a letter to trading standards, don't think thy are supposed to take full payment for an item which isn't in stock. J

What lens are you using? If you have one of the cheap mirror lenses they have a maximum aperture of f8 or even smaller. J
