i changed it but was generaly on 200 or 1600 (when i started) that could explain why some pictures dont have the black grain

hi i am new to photgraphy and i just recieved my canon 400D the other day but even with cleaning the lens there is spots on my pictures! what do i need to clean to get rid of these marks ? i know its a stupid question but as i said i have only just bought it and dont know the technical asspect...
