Been looking at the digislider and the shootools slider mostly for timelapse and the odd filming. Anyone had much experience with these? Only got the one tripod at the moment. Not sure if that'll matter much. Any thoughts thanks

Well was thinking that getting the 70-200mm + the 150-600 hoping that the new s is as sharp as all there other new lens that would bring the cost near the same as the 120-300mm s and i do tend to use the 500mm + 2x tele even though its really soft. Which im hoping the new 150 600mm will be...

Looking to replace my sigma 50-500mm with either the 120-300mm s with 2x tele + maybe (1.4) or the 150-600 s + 70-200mm with a 2x tele will also be adding a d750 in addition to my d600 or even replacing it. Mostly for wildlife and motor sports, not sure if the 120-300mm will double for other...

Looking for a timelaapse dolly ideally one which actually stops for every sequence of shots. any advice please if someone has a second hand one for same?

Hmm well im currently lacking for indoor zoom (low light) and have no sharp primes of any range yet.

I got a d600 with a tokina 16-28 / tamron 24-70 / sigma 50-500 so far... an looking at my next lens and can't decide what to get first, at the moment its little more than an expensive hobby/passion with only odd jobs here an there. I really want a sharp lens prime like the 50mm f1.4 art but also...

Hmm thats quite low but if its a good brand like keenan said it should be fine. Is it modulated? Now a days th psu's are more efficient and thus you don't need as high a powered one.

What sort of temperature conditions as cold weather can drain fast

Well I was doing a small shoot in a very small pub of a small band. And I discovered my Tamron 24 to 70mm was struggling in the low light to get that pub feel shot. Yes I had the flash and yes I got clean ish shots but it really wasn't what I wanted. I used the 50mm f1.4 on my friends nex 7 and...
