Joel Tjintjelaar produces very minimalist long exposure stuff, usually with shutter times in the minutes. Also covers a lot of the post processing.
Good filters hold their value reasonably well too, so you can always resell if you don't use that often...
Look great on my monitor but on my phone they lack a little warmth. I suspect it's down to the vagaries of phone screens, but i'm sure there are more knowledgeable posters who could tell you more
in the past i've used just the frames, without the perspex, and bought a bespoke mount for inside the frame for under £10. certainly looked great until i was sure it was worth investing in a more professional frame and mount. for something that i was undecided on
