For me personally, photographing a waterfall to freeze the movement of the water is not representative of a water...fall. Anything that shows a touch, or lots of motion in the shot is my preference. I like shots that are still very quick but show movement right up to the really long 10 stop type...
Can't go wrong with a Giottos either. Like the photos you took too... although I'd have stopped down a touch or focus stacked the 2nd one to get the text beyond the lens in focus heheh ;)
Fair enough :). Agreed the flash plugins are just outright irritating. Machine is fully protected and NO I'm not getting into an AV/FW/Anti-malware debate :D hehe.
Neil, getting too bored of it now.. I used to get into debate about browsers about 10 years ago... moved way beyond that now ;)
Like I said, it is up to the OP to decide. I merely suggested an alternative based on my own personal experience. Your personal experience is different so by all means...
It is somewhat more bloated than it used to be but I find stability to be fine and a far better browser than IE. Chrome I can't stand.

Things that irk me.
People whom keep on telling me that I should be a professional photographer (it's normally the same people to be honest) and that I should quit my normal job. I'm a hobbyist and mediocre at that. I try and I often fail, sometimes I produce a nice picture that I am happy...

Admittedly, I have an R9 290X because I play games also but you wouldn't need even a 5th of the...
haha, I guess I've been lucky re. the Hardware then as I've never had a Radeon fail. I do have an NVIDIA Geforce 7950GX2 with a half melted PCB and lots of scorch marks though sat in a box. I was considering some macro photography on it :D.
As for the drivers, not experienced anything that has...
