Depends really. Usually try and get out of the office with some of the other guys to grab something to eat, or nip to the shops/bank etc. Then come back to the office and either have a browse on 'tinterweb or go upstairs to the gaming room and have a go on the PS3/Wii/Xbox. Either that or...

Either go inland to the mountains or towards the coast. There isn't much in the middle to be honest.

:plusone: for the 55-200mm VR. I've got one and for the price I paid for it, it's a cracking lens. True it doesn't have the reach of the 300mm Tamron, but the IQ is much better, plus it has VR. I'd say get this and then save up for a better 300mm lens when you can afford it.

I agree that doing some of the above would have made a better, more informative show, however the problem is that to fit in all of the above would take more than a 25 minute show, and would also run the risk of becoming overly technical to the people that this programme was, afterall, aimed at...
