I would suggest a Sony A6700 with a Sigma 18-50mm 2.8 lens, can't go wrong with that combo.

No idea about compatibility, but i would seriously suggest looking for a Sigma 100-300mm f4,plenty on Ebay around £160-300, compatible with Sigma tc's and a truly stellar optic.
