    How Can You Guarantee Starbursts?

Indeed, narrow aperture will help but you'll gain DoF.

    big puzzle...please help!!

If you have a PC you should primarily store your photos in a folder on your computer. Secondarily you can back them up to CD or memory card or whatever. A memory card isnt the most cost effective solution :)

    How long is too long?

Don't let it go, they owe you money!

Changing part of a photo to B/W

Tablet wouldnt make much difference unless it was a tablet with screen, in hich case wacom have a recent one for about £800 thats quite reasonable. The easiest method in photoshop is to dupicate your layer (makes a copy of the image over the top of your original) by pressing CTRL+J, then...

    resolution

Are you multiplying your pixel count? 300pixels per inch (which actually means 300squared...) is the printin norm, read this: http://www.rideau-info.com/photos/printshop.html I think you are maybe at 178ppi (178ish squared = 32000...)?

    Possibly a silly question, but...

So a canon full frame camera takes different lens mounts to canon crop frame? Is the same true for Nikon?

    Noise? sensor?

More expensive cameras have more sensitive sensors that produce less noise, at entry level you cant avoid a little noise in a dark scene. You can do things about it though, for example: Neat image, Noise ninja. Go have a look at them :) Shoot with the lowest ISO you can.

    Telescope adapter.

Prime focus is when your DSLR is attached as "body - short empty metal tube - scope"?

    Telescope adapter.

Hi, resurrecting this - I have a Nikon D80, a Meade ETX90 and a T-Ring for the camera, with a simple looking tube that screws between the cam and the scope... is that all that I need? So you don't use any eyepieces or anything and therefore can't enhance the magnification as you do with...

    Multi-Monitor Calibration

I have two TFTs side by side, and want a cheap but decent calibrator that will do both. Does anyone have a decent suggestion :) Less than £100 is a must, lower the better. I want to be able to send my images to photobox for printing, but have the colours be the same as my screen! Ty.

    Borders

"Select Selection Border (to create the line)" So how is that done in PS :D I have found a very easy way to select inside the image, but I dont know how to make a line along the selection. (Select all, transform selection, use the W/H in the toolbar and make sure its set to px, just shrink...
