    We offer 3 images retouched that is included in the price and let them choose those images via online gallery. For any extra retouches we charge extra and the client gets the whole session's worth of images most of which are not retouched.

    Just have a chat before the shot and tell some jokes to get them / her relaxed. If she or you is not relaxed then the shots will look awkward and not relaxed as well.
