    3;2 and 16:9 simply crop the Jpg image to suit. No effect on image quality other then the loss of some pixels to the crop. 4:3 uses the full sensor area and RAW files are also full sensor, not cropped.

    I shot this portrait of Ned Seago, stage door manager, at the Old Vic Theatre (London SE1) last week, using my X30 set to 1/60th @ f2.5 ISO100, 13.2mm, converted to B&W in Lightroom.

    My guess is that the scanner has not been profiled for the film. The camera used does not come into the equation unless an optical filter was fitted - highly unlikely on an X-Pan. I can't think of any circumstance where Ektar 100 would have a yellow cast because of processing error. A...
