Been using a Black Rapid Dual Harness for years, swapped out the carabiners for Magpul Quick Detach (QD) fittings. Normally using a D850/24-70mm f/2.8 on one side and a D5/70-200mm f/2.8 on the other. No issues whatsoever carrying this set up for >12hr stints. GC

For serious architectural work it might be worth looking at a used D850 and 24mm PC-E "tilt shift" lens. A good sturdy tripod and geared head will help too. GC

I unpicked the stitching on the BR strap and removed the carabiner, slid on the Magpul Adapter and re-stitched. The second image shows it fitted to a D850 with Kirk (KES) L Bracket. GC

Really like the Black Rapid system but had exactly the same issue. I've added Magpul MS4 Quick Detach (QD) links to all my my Black Rapid slings and they work a treat. Not a cheapo option but fortunately all the camera plates, "L" brackets and lens feet I'm using are Kirk items that have the QD...
